He attended the University of Missouri, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance. He is a member of Raconteur and Ornithology Club. He is currently employed as a senior manager with Ormco, a division of Sybron, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation.

Paul Flam is celebrating his 90th birthday. A Kiddush in his honor will follow morning services at Congregation Beth Shalom on Saturday, March 24. The community is invited to celebrate with Paul, his children, grandchildren and great-grandson.
