Eric and Lindsay Pfautsch announce the birth Feb. 26 of a daughter, Hailey Rose. Grandparents are Mark and Marilyn Miller and Michael and Janet Pfautsch. Great-grandfather is Jack Miller.

Susan Terman and Mark Terman announce the Bar Mitzvah of their son, Michael Joshua, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 21, at The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah. Michael is the grandson of Hyman and Rochelle Warshawsky of South Haven, Mich., and Dr. David and Mari Terman of Chicago. Relatives and friends are invited to worship with the family and to attend the Kiddush luncheon following the service.

Sarah and Brian Glazer of St. Louis announce the birth March 2 of a son, Chaim Yaakov. They are also the parents of Aharon Glazer. Grandparents are Elaine and Melvin Glazer of Overland Park, Janet Rothman of San Francisco, and Tom Felix of Carmel, Calif.

Debra and Doug Glazer of Seattle announce the birth March 29 of a daughter, Lucy Brooke. They are also the parents of Jacob and Daniel Glazer. Grandparents are Elaine and Mel Glazer of Overland Park, Karen and David Glazer of Hartsdale, N.Y., and Thea Glazer of San Diego.

Scott and Shira Zigler announce the birth Feb. 13 of a daughter, Raya Isabel. They are also the parents of Orli Rose. Grandparents are Marsha and Seymour Krinsky, the late Thomas Goldenberg, and Sheryl and Larry Zigler of Chesterfield, Mo.

Grace and David Ernstein will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on April 16 with their children, Scott and Annette Ernstein; grandchildren, Drew and Kenneth Ernstein; other family members; and friends toasting the occasion.

Beth and Steve Cole announce the Bat Mitzvah of their daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Cole, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 14, at Congregation Beth Torah. Lauren is the granddaughter of Ilsa Cole and the late Walter Cole, Myra and David Rieger of Denver, the late Richard Kupper and Ellen and Eddie Rose. Relatives and friends are invited to worship with the family and to attend the Kiddush following the service.

Jake and Shayna Hirsekorn of Chesterfield, Mo., announce the birth Jan. 27 of a daughter, Haley Philippa. They are also the parents of Joanna. Grandparents are Howard and Lynda Hirsekorn and Steve and Tammi Laiderman of Chesterfield. Great-grandparents are Henry and Louise Hirsekorn, Henry and Shirley Pasch and Lorraine Laiderman, all of Chesterfield.

Karen and Alexander Hallock announce the Bat Mitzvah of their daughter, Hannah Reuben-Hallock at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Congregation B’nai Jehudah. Hannah is the granddaughter of Bert and Ruby Reuben and Elisabeth Hallock and the late Robert Hallock.

Sam and Danielle Levine of Overland Park announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexis Levine, to Neil Miller, son of Marc and Susan Miller of Overland Park.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mina Nisenkier and the late Abe Nisenkier and the late Max and Arlene Levine. She attended the University of Kansas and Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.

She is currently a registered nurse at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.

The future groom is the grandson of Paul and Florence Rosenthal and Sue Miller and the late Neil F. Miller. He attended the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and business administration and a law degree in taxation. He is currently employed as an analyst at Royal Blue Capital in Leawood.

A Sept. 2 wedding at the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is planned.
