Debbie and Jeff Chase announce the Bar Mitzvah of their son, Oscar Robert, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 3, at Congregation Beth Torah. Oscar is the grandson of Diane and Arnold Balanoff; Margaret and the late Robert Chase. Relatives and friends are invited to worship with the family and to attend the Kiddush luncheon following the service.
