Maurice Mizrahi Eastman, 84, of Mission, Kansas, passed away on Dec. 5.

Sally Louise Strauss passed away peacefully on Nov. 15 at St. Luke's Hospice in Kansas City, Missouri, in the loving and protective company of her devoted friend and caregiver, Judy Shepard.

Phillip S. Brown, 88, longtime resident of Fairway, Kansas, died on Nov. 27 at Village Shalom, surrounded by his loved ones. 

Rose Jacobs Carr, 94, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Dec. 1 at Kansas City Hospice House.

Heddy Shumaker, 80, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away on Nov. 25. 

Edward Lee Porter, a beloved family man and business and community leader, passed away on Nov. 23 at the age of 87. 

Phyllis Faye Roth Schlezinger Cantor, died on Nov. 16, at age 89. 

Martha Sara Heflin Moldaver, 73, of Maryville, Missouri, passed away on Nov. 18. 

Stephen James Fein passed away on Nov. 9 at Village Shalom.

Adelle Barbara Goldstein died on Nov. 8 in Brooklyn, New York, after a brief illness.
