Torah Learning Center (TLC) and Gather KC will host artistic events led by guest artist Chani Friedman of The Paintery in Los Angeles.

The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah and The Michael Klein Collection will host a weekend of music and learning with Jewish musician Dan Nichols.

Kansas City’s newest Torah study and Jewish enrichment organization is Beis HaTorah, created to deepen the connection to Torah and foster a culture of learning, growth and community engagement.

Bill Lowenstein (z’l), a well-known and widely-respected leader and funder in the Kansas City Jewish community, died on July 30 at age 97.
