As I went through it page by page I had this feeling that it was familiar to me, not in the content but in the style. Then it hit me; this was the same feeling I felt when reading Life Magazine’s history of WWII was I was a boy. I don’ t think I have had that feeling since.
This indeed was a Special Souvenir Edition that will be in my household for years to come. Being from Omaha, there was a lot of local Jewish history I was not aware of, so I was thrilled to learn “the rest of the story.”
