Sheila Wilson, 59, of Olathe, Kansas, died on April 29. 

She was born on Dec. 30, 1964, to Norma Wolf Hein and the late Norman Wolf in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from the University of North Carolina, where she met her husband of 36 years, Steve Wilson. 

Sheila was an avid reader, Kansas City Royals baseball fan and Lego enthusiast. She loved to cook, experimenting with new foods and recipes. She always had a list of new restaurants she wanted to try. 

She worked at Central Elementary School in Olathe for 15 years supporting teachers and students. Most of all, Sheila was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and friend. 

Sheila is survived by her husband Steve Wilson (Olathe); mother, Norma Wolf Hein (Olathe); son, daughter-in-law and grandson, Jacob, Mallory and Glen Wilson (Shawnee, Kansas); son and son-in-law, Samuel and José Wilson (Chicago, Illinois); sister Marci Wolf (Seattle, Washington); brother Richard Wolf (Lawrenceville, Georgia); sister Nancy Wolf (Overland Park, Kansas); and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on May 2 at Louis Memorial Chapel, with a short graveside service and burial at Rose Hill Cemetery immediately following. Anyone who wants to pay respects to the family is invited to a Shiva service/condolences on May 2 at 7 p.m. at the home of Steve Wilson (327 S. Winterbrooke Dr., Olathe, KS 66062).
