Sylvia Ruth Zucker passed peacefully on Aug. 2, 2023, in Highland Beach, Florida.
She was born June 5, 1926, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Saul and Dora Baraban. Sylvia and her late husband, Dr. Gerald Zucker, were long-time residents of Butler, Pennsylvania. After Gerald's retirement, they relocated to Highland Beach.
She is survived by her daughter, Claudia Zucker of McLean, Virginia, and her granddaughter, Gabriela Morrell Zucker of Miami, Florida.
A graveside service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on Sept. 19, 2023, at 10 a.m.
