Beatrice Goldstein, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Oct. 25, 1927, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2023, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Bea was the only child of Rachael and Joseph Ollman. She met the love of her life, Bob, at a block party on VJ Day, Sept. 2, 1945. They were married two years later and remained married for 75 years. They traveled the world on many trips.
They raised their three children in Philadelphia and Margate, New Jersey. Later in life, they moved to Florida and spent their retirement there.
Bea is survived by her husband, Bob, of Palm Beach Gardens; their children, Leslie Robboy of Palm Beach Gardens; Glenn Goldstein (Joyce) of Overland Park, Kansas; and Mark Goldstein (Barbara) of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and four grandchildren, Kyle, Rachel, Collin, and Jason Goldstein.
Bea was a beloved mother who lived her life with integrity and a generosity for her family and others. Funeral services were held March 8 at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
