Mark Harris Stein passed away on Apr. 21, 2022.
He was born on Mar. 6, 1933. His parents were Louis and Ida Stein.
Mark grew up in Kansas City and attended Southwest High School where he lettered in football. He was one of the star players on the team and very popular. He was elected president of the class of 1951.
He chose to attend the University of Missouri, and he was the only freshman to make the varsity team.
Mark graduated in 1955 with a Bachelor of Education degree.
He moved to Mesa, Arizona, and enjoyed a very successful career booking convention business to the hotel market throughout the State of Arizona.
Mark is survived by his son, Michael; wife, Carol; daughters Ellen Itzler (Peter), Tish Bennet (Brian) and Linda Guarian (Glen); 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
