Leonard Rosen, 84, of Lenexa, died Feb. 16, 2021. He was born Oct. 24, 1936, to the late David and Eva Rosen, in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Paseo High School in 1955. Leonard married Nedra Lilly in 1968.

Leonard was a member of Kehilath Israel Synagogue, he enjoyed traveling and was a real estate agent passionate about making a difference in the lives of his clients. He volunteered his time photographing local events, his favorites were the Lenexa BBQ and the Special Olympics. Most of all, he loved his family. Leonard loved to spend time with his wife, children and grandchildren and was especially fond of attending many of his grandchildren’s sporting events.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, David and Eva Rosen; his brother, Joe Rosen; and his sister and brother-in-law, Edith and Lou Pinsky.

He is survived by his wife Nedra Rosen; son and daughter-in-law, Brent and Daiquiri Rosen; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Darin Davis; brother, Edward Rosen; and sister-in-law, Marion Rosen, as well as his grandchildren, Chase and Finley Rosen, Reagan and Riley Davis; and many nieces and nephews.

Private services were held Feb. 19 at KI Blue Ridge Cemetery.
