The position serves as a pillar of the organization, managing everyday operations to ensure productive and efficient office operations.
Key responsibilities include supporting the agency's office management, programs and events, financial management, external/board relations, human resources and other administrative tasks.
The operations manager must have outstanding interpersonal skills and commitment to integrity, diplomacy, discretion, creativity, vision and excellence.
