Sasone, the Kansas City Jewish community’s program to support access to Jewish education for students with special needs, is partnering with Horizon Academy to host a learning disability simulation.

It will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2, in the MAC Room of the Jewish Community Campus (5801 W. 115th St., Overland Park, KS 66211).

The simulation, which is open to everyone, will show participants what it is like to live with learning disabilities such as dyslexia, ADHD, auditory processing issues and more.

This event is presented with the support of the White Family Supporting Fund at the Jewish Community Foundation.

Spaces are limited, and registration is required at https://form.jotform.com/JFEDKC/Sasone-ld-simulation.
