Stock Hill steakhouse chef Jacob Hilbert and owner Alan Gaylin will present a seven-course Hanukkah dinner.

The dinner will be on Dec. 18 at Stock Hill, located at 4800 Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri.

The courses include: challah with apples, honey and fresh-churned butter; matzah ball soup; latkes; Scottish salmon gefilte fish with horseradish, parsley and lemon; ground lamb kreplach over autumn squash tzimmes; wagyu brisket with roasted potatoes, paprika and brussel sprouts; and a warm berry blintz.

An Israeli wine selection is also included.

Gaylin is the owner of Bread & Butter Concepts, which runs Stock Hill and other restaurants. He has won awards including the 2013 Prairie Village Community Spirit Award and Restaurateur of the Year by the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association in January of 2014.
