The Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art is the virtual venue for the Dec. 9 Learn, Laugh and Love program presented by Jewish Family Services and The J.
Kemper Museum Docent Lynne Bock will lead an interactive discussion, "Social and personal narratives in contemporary art." The discussion will examine how social history combines with the stories of individual artists in contemporary artworks and how these stories about self and society are visible to us.
The virtual program, scheduled for 1 p.m., will feature works from the Kemper Museum's permanent collection. The tour will include works from the Kemper’s current exhibition celebrating the Missouri Bicentennial.
