Kehilath Israel Synagogue will host its 22nd annual Allan Greenberg Memorial Kehilath Israel Golf Tournament on June 7 at the Deer Creek Golf Club. Richard Glass is chairing the event.
This year’s tournament is dedicated to the memory of Larry Haith. He was an avid supporter of the synagogue and loved the golf tournament. He brought in supporters and teams, played, volunteered, and was our “cheerleader.” He is deeply missed.
With golf as the main event, the day also includes a kosher boxed lunch, silent auction, prizes, snacks and drinks throughout the day. Check-in lunch begins at 11:00 a.m, with a shotgun start at 12:15 p.m. The golf format is a four-person scramble (flighted). COVID safety measures will be followed.
The silent auction also takes place throughout the day, offering a wide variety of items. Participants will have the opportunity to take home wine, jewelry, beauty products, sports items, gift cards and more.
The cost is $175 per player, which includes all the day’s activities.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at levels ranging from $500 to $5,000. Sponsors are recognized in several ways at the tournament and throughout the year.
