Over 100 participants of all ages attended the recent virtual community Purim day celebration. Participants enjoyed an engaging program that included songs and a creative reading of the Megillah led by Rabbis David Glickman, Jonathan Rudnick, Scott White and Hazzan Tahl Ben Yehuda.

Over 200 Shalach Manot gift bags consisting of hamantaschen, fruit, snacks, grogger and beads were distributed prior to the program. For those unable to pick up their bags, they were delivered by Debby Winkel, Betty Klein, Marge Schlosberg and Trudie Goldberg.

The day was sponsored by the Rabbinical Association in collaboration with Village Shalom and The J Heritage Center, and generously supported by the Flo Harris Supporting Foundation of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Kansas City.
