The Friendship Circle of Kansas City, a program of Chabad of Kansas City centered on inclusion for people with disabilities, will host a festival, 5-kilometer race and 1-kilometer “Run, Walk or Roll For Inclusion” fun run.
The event will be held on Sunday, Aug. 30, at Southcreek Office Park (7200 W. 132nd St, Overland Park, KS 66213), with the race beginning at 8 a.m. and the fun run beginning at 9 a.m.
Everyone of all ages and abilities is welcome, including children and spectators. A community photo will be taken beforehand, and beyond the finish line will be the Friendship Festival, featuring live music, face painting, inflatables and cotton candy.
