The Jewish Unforgettable Ladies Interested in Eating Together (JULIETs) will meet for a demonstration and tasting of focaccia bread by local Jewish baker Michael Crane.
The event will be held on Sunday, Aug. 30, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Congregation Beth Torah. Registrations must be made by emailing Susie Klinock at by Thursday, Aug. 27.
Attendees will discover how to make authentic Italian focaccia. All will get to taste freshly-baked focaccia and experience the flavors and textures of the artisan bread. Each attendee will also receive recipes to take home.
All Jewish women (and women of other faiths who have a Jewish spouse) are invited to this free event. No synagogue affiliation is required to attend, and attendees should arrive 15 minutes early.
