Jake Theiss, a senior at Blue Valley North High School, achieved his Eagle Scout ranking Sunday, Nov. 5. For his Eagle project, he built four dog houses and two cat houses for underprivileged pets at The Rescue Project. Jake, a member of Congregation Beth Torah, is the son of Daniel and Lisa Theiss.
