Buzzah and Lisa Feingold of Prairie Village announce the engagement of their daughter, Carly Feingold, to Marc Hustvedt, son of Audrey Reith and the late Richard Hustvedt of Concord, Mass.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ida Rose “Skipper” Feingold and the late Leo Feingold and Labe Asner and the late Gloria Asner. She attended the University of Texas-Austin, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in film. She is currently employed as a feature film producer in Los Angeles.

The future groom is the grandson of the late Irvin and Annabel Hustvedt of Radcliff, Ky., and the late Edward and Helen Reith of New York City. He attended the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and computer science. He is the founder of Tubefilter, a new media company based in Los Angeles.

A June 11 wedding at the bride’s parents’ home in Prairie Village is planned.

Jody and Neal (Buzz) Malashock announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Malashock, to Aaron Berger, son of Margaret and Arthur Berger of Leawood.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Barbara and Stanley Malashock of Rancho Mirage, Calif., and the late Esther and David Rice. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with a law degree. She is a practicing attorney in Kansas City.

The future groom is the grandson of the late Frances and Moses Berger and the late Ruth and James V. Gagne Jr. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He is a senior project manager for United Bio-Source Corporation in Kansas City.

An April 10 wedding is planned at Hilton Omaha.

Jack and Cindy Garfinkle of Overland Park, Kan., announce the engagement of their son, Jeffrey Aaron Garfinkle, to Yael Moriya Mazor, daughter of Eliashiv and Adrienne Mazor of Peabody, Mass.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Max and Evelyn Rappaport Kurtzer and the late Hacham Raphael and Farha Haftzadi Mazor. She attended Brandeis University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Islamic and Middle Eastern studies. She is currently a program associate at Tufts University Hillel in Boston.

The future groom is the grandson of JoAnn Granoff Weiner and the late Norman Weiner and the late Myron and Louise Stam Garfinkle. He attended the University of Kansas, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology. He is currently an IT specialist at a Boston-area financial firm.

Dr. Ellis Berkowitz of St. Joseph, Mo., and Ms. Marilyn Datillo of Kansas City, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Leah Rose Berkowitz, to Evan Joseph Glass, son of Cheryl and Cary Glass of Overland Park, Kan.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Zoe Datillo and the late Andrew Datillo of St. Louis, Mo., and the late Dr. and Mrs. Israel Berkowitz. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and political science at Washington University in St. Louis and her doctor of osteopathy degree at Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences. She is doing her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. John’s Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

The future groom is the grandson of Betty Mittelman and the late Geniek Mittelman of Prairie Village, Kan., and the late Harry and Pauline Glass. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and is employed as an underwriter with the Hartford Insurance Company in St. Louis.

A Sept. 4 wedding is planned at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kansas City.

Eugene and Elaine Goldstein of Overland Park are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married Feb. 4, 1951. They met during their senior year in high school and lockered together.

They have three married children and their spouses, Cynthia and Charlie Dyck, Leslie and Don Nottberg and Eric and Michelle Goldstein; seven grandchildren: Adam Collier, Becky Collier, Gaelyn Nottberg, Abby Nottberg, Baree Nottberg and husband Scott Buchbinder, Lauren Goldstein, Shayla Dyck and husband Robert Hammeke. They also have two great-grandchildren, Elly Collier and Noah Collier.

The Goldsteins are happy to say they are still lockering together.

Herbert and Beverly Fishman are to be honored by Kehilath Israel Synagogue during Shabbat services tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 5. This special recognition will be the first in a series of honors to individuals and families who have exemplified ongoing service and devotion to the synagogue. Lifelong members of KI, Herb and Beverly have been dedicated to KI from the time of their marriage more than 65 years ago to the present. It is also fitting that this same date is Herb Fishman’s 85th birthday. All are welcome to help celebrate this wonderful occasion. A Kiddush lunch will follow the service.

Todd Natenberg, Leawood, formerly of Highland Park, Ill., and his wife, Reena Natenberg, formerly of Montreal, gave birth Dec. 2 to twin sons, Arik “Ari” Natenberg and Theodore “Teddy” Natenberg. Grandparents are Cherie Natenberg and the late T. Paul Natenberg, Highland Park, and the late Anita and Bennie Berger, of Montreal. Great-grandmother is Henrietta Natenberg.
