Elana Berger and Joshua Winick of Overland Park, Kansas, announce their engagement.
Elana is the daughter of Michelle Elisburg and Nathan Berger of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, and the granddaughter of Alan and Debby Berger of Potomac, Maryland, and Nancy and Donald Elisburg of Key Biscayne, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina in Columbia and a member of the Young Adults Division of Jewish Federation of Kansas City and the KC SLAPS Dragon Boat team.
Joshua is the son of Mark and Sari Winick of Deerfield, Illinois, and the grandson of Alfred and Barbara Winick of Chicago, Illinois, and Diane Rosenfeld and Martin Rosenfeld (z”l) of Skokie, Illinois. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.
The couple plan to marry on Sept. 5, 2027, in Kansas City, Missouri.
