Chana Liba Mandelbaum, daughter of Rabbi Reuben and Nechama Mandelbaum of Jerusalem, Israel, was born on Dec. 5.
She is the granddaughter of Michael and Sarita Mandelbaum of Amsterdam, The Netherlands (formerly Kansas City); and Dayan Yonason and Bella Abraham of London, England; and the great-granddaughter of the late Anne Lynne and Robert Mandelbaum of Kansas City.
