Eliana Rose Berenbom, daughter of Mollie and Michael Berenbom, will become a bat mitzvah on Saturday, Aug. 31, at Congregation Beth Shalom.
Eliana’s grandparents are Merilyn and Loren Berenbom; and Sari and Larry Rosen of Wayzata, Minnesota. She is the great-granddaughter of Lois Libby of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
For her mitzvah project, Eliana sold Israel bracelets for $18 each and donated 100% of the proceeds to the Israel Emergency Relief Fund at the Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City.
