Atara Malka Rosenberg, daughter of Avital and Yaakov Rosenberg of Boca Raton, Florida, became a bat mitzvah on Saturday, July 3.
Her grandparents are Charlene and Rabbi Dr. Bernhard Rosenberg (formerly of Kansas City) and Alan and Jackie Kelin. She is the great-granddaughter of Marianne Feinstein and has three siblings, Judah, Max and Noah.
Atara enjoys basketball, football and baseball. In lieu of a bat mitzvah party, Atara chose to spend time in Israel visiting family and volunteering. Additionally, as her mitzvah project, she raised money for a variety of projects in Israel, including a barbecue for soldiers (pictured above) and support for a rehab hospital, lone soldiers, a food pantry and a children’s home.
