Vivien Jeanette Wishna, daughter of Annie and Victor Wishna, will become a bat mitzvah on Saturday, June 1, at Congregation Beth Shalom.
Vivien’s grandparents are Merilyn and Loren Berenbom of Prairie Village, Kansas, and the late Jeanette and Sheldon Wishna. She has a younger brother, Abe.
Vivien is a student at Leawood Middle School and Beth Shalom’s Polsky Religious School. She enjoys soccer, track, tennis, spending time with family and connecting with her friends from school and Herzl Camp.
For her mitzvah project, Vivien is volunteering at Jewish Vocational Service and collecting toiletries for newly arrived refugee families.
