Sadie Elizabeth Hochler, daughter of Julie and Kory Hochler, will become a bat mitzvah on Saturday, June 24, at The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah.
Sadie, a seventh grade student at Oxford Middle School, enjoys playing volleyball and is active in Scouting, having achieved a first-class rank. She is also active in KesherKC and participated in the madrichot-in-training program at B’nai Jehudah.
For her mitzvah project, Sadie led Friday night Shabbat services at Village Shalom’s memory care unit.
