Mason and Lucy are the grandchildren of Natalie and Hanan Hammer, Leawood; Paul Wacknov and the late Marilyn B. Wacknov, Leawood; and James Warner, Olathe.

Mason enjoys playing baseball and basketball outside of school, where his favorite subjects are math and science.
Outside of school, Lucy enjoys dance as well as show choir. Her two favorite school subjects are science and math.
Mason and Lucy’s shared mitzvah project will be participating and helping children with special needs in the Miracle Baseball League at the Variety KC baseball field.
