Dr. Norman and Beverly Burk will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Aug. 27.
The former Beverly Rae Hyken and Norman Burk were married on Aug. 27, 1961, by Rabbi Marshall Miller at the Muehleback Hotel in Kansas City. They are longtime members of Kehilath Israel Synagogue.
Their children are Steven Burk of Bozeman, Montana, and Ronald Burk of Prairie Village, Kansas. They have three grandchildren.
