Sheryl and Andrew Kaplan announce the Bar Mitzvah of their son, Matthew Jacob, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah. Matthew is the grandson of Phyllis and Rudy Green and Ruth and Phil Kaplan of Little Rock, Ark.
