Don and Harriet Boresow will celebrate their 62nd wedding anniversary on Oct. 14, 2019, with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren during the week.
Don and Harriet were married on Oct. 14, 1957, at The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah, 69th and Holmes, by Rabbi Samuel Mayerberg in the Mayerberg Chapel.
They will be attending B’nai Jehudah’s Friday night services on Oct. 18 and be recognized for their 62 years of a loving marriage (services will take place at the Jewish Community Campus).
The Boresows have 14 children: Mike (partner Janet), Susan, Steve and Sherri Boresow, the late Dennis Boresow, the late Mark Boresow (wife Julie), Larry and Alecia Boresow, Lori and Dr. Max Glaser, Jerry and Beth Boresow, Bobby and Stephanie Boresow, Jennifer and Dr. Jeff Burns, Rebecca Reardon (partner Darrin), Sarah and Russ Mondry, Amy and Dan Prendiville, Danny and Katie Boresow. They are also the proud grandparents of 54 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren so far.
Don and Harriet are lifelong residents of the Kansas City community and are blessed with family, friends and, as Don would say, “a good sense of humor.”
