The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rose and Leo Zemelman of blessed memory. She is the mother of Rachel Nill, mother-in-law of Chris Nill, and grandmother of Savannah Rose Nill. She is also the mother of Jeremy Assal, mother-in-law of Nichole Assal, and grandmother of Reece Michael Mangiaracina, Hudson Gray and Maxen Oliver Assal.
The future groom is the son of Sharon Lowenstein-Poisner and Alan Poisner, and William and Barbara Lowenstein. He is the father of Paige Lowenstein, Sari Lowenstein and Lane Lowenstein and father-in-law of Jenna Lowenstein. He is the grandfather to Caleb Aaron Lowenstein and Ross David Lowenstein.
