Toby and Neil Norris of Houston announce the birth Oct. 30 of twin sons, Mason Ellis and Dylan Michael.
Maternal grandparents are Helen Apple Farbman of Overland Park, the late Stewart Farbman and the late Don Apple. Paternal grandparents are Mikey and Mike Norris of Tempe, Ariz., and Lake Conroe, Texas.
