Kasey and Tina Klugman announce the birth Aug. 17 of twin daughters, Katie Ann and Kourtney Jane. They are also the parents of a son, Wesley Scott, 3 years old. Maternal grandparents are Nancy Fuhro and Mike Fuhro, both of St. Louis; paternal grandparents are Elaine Klugman and the late Steven Klugman, Lenexa. Maternal great-grandparent is Betty Fuhro, St. Louis; paternal great-grandparents are Janice and the late Al Klugman and Ben and Elinore Kutler, Overland Park.
