Michael and Janice Sandler of Overland Park announce the engagement of their son, Daniel Sandler, to Rachel Stern, daughter of Cheron and Greg Stern of Chicago.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Doris and Arnold Stern. She attended Loyola University School of Law, earning her law degree. She was on the staff of the Loyola Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court team.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Al and Anne Deutch and the late Nathan and Marietta Sandler. He attended the University of Kansas, earning a bachelor’s degree in communications and English. He is currently employed at Take 2 Media as a director of business development.
A March 3 wedding at St. Thomas USVI Synagogue is planned.
