Craig and Cathy Caplan announce the Bat Mitzvah of their daughter, Sarah Caplan, at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at Kehilath Israel Synagogue. Sarah is the granddaughter of Betty Caplan of Overland Park and the late Norman L. Caplan and the late Thelma Leibach.
