Debbe Trachtman has chosen to become a Bat Mitzvah at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 2, at The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah. Trachtman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and psychology and a Master of Arts degree in ancient history at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Having retired from Xerox, Trachtman continues post-graduate work at the University of Kansas in ancient history and the sciences. Trachtman is the daughter of Ida Mour and the late A.J. Mour. Family and friends are invited to celebrate with her.
