Due to coronavirus, Jewish Federation of Greater KC goes virtual

Dear Friends,

In times of uncertainty, the Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City has always been a safe haven for people to turn to for guidance and comfort. As you are all aware, the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, and we are ensuring that our critical work continues with strength.

To that end, we have decided to make careful alterations to our normal activities with the best interests of the community, our volunteers and our staff in mind. Effective March 16, our staff will be working remotely until further notice. We are taking every precaution to keep ourselves safe so we can continue to effectively and efficiently serve our community.

We will continue our regularly scheduled meetings via video conference and on the phone with each other and with you. If you have a meeting scheduled with one of us, you will be receiving an individual invitation from us for that video chat or call. However, if you would like to reach any of us via email, visit our staff page at jewishkansascity.org/about-us/staff and click on the individual names to send an email.

We offer prayers of healing to those affected worldwide. Keep yourselves and your families safe by following CDC precautions to stay healthy during this outbreak. Additional information can be found at World Health Organization. And don’t hesitate to reach out to us with questions or concerns.

Sending you all wishes of sustained good health.
