Ronald Gold, a native of Merriam, Kansas, and his bride Marleen Stein Gold originally of Dallas, Texas, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on July 15, 2016. They both graduated from the University of Oklahoma and Ron is also a graduate of UMKC law school. Marleen is an artist who holds a degree from the Kansas City Art Institute. The Golds have lived in Mission Hills for 40 years.
They are planning celebrations both in Dallas and in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
