Jewish Community Relations Bureau | American Jewish Committee (JCRB|AJC) is seeking a director of Better Together and special programs to lead the growth of Better Together, an innovative community-building initiative that equips participants with the skills to engage across differences through dialogue, curiosity and respect.
The position will focus primarily on expanding Better Together through strategic partnerships, facilitator training, program implementation and community engagement, while also supporting the development of additional organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, education or community engagement, along with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
