Elaine Goldstein passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, after a long illness. Graveside services were held in Kansas City, Monday Jan. 23, at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family asks that contributions be sent to Heritage Center through the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City.
Daughter of the late Henry and late Ann Nelkin, beloved wife of the late Eugene Goldstein, dear mother of Cindy (Charlie) Dyck, Leslie (Don) Nottberg and Eric (Michelle) Goldstein. Beloved grandmother of Adam Collier, Becky Collier, Baree (Scott) Buchbinder, Gaelyn Nottberg, Abby Nottberg and Lauren Goldstein. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and her brother-in-law: Robert Goldstein (late Eve Goldstein).
No shiva will be held in Kansas City. The family will have a Shabbat Nosh to celebrate Elaine’s life and memory, prior to services Friday evening Jan. 27 at United Hebrew Congregation in Chesterfield, Missouri.
