Rosa Sher, 84, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 16, in the early hours of the morning.

Originally born in Kansas City, Mo., Rosa was a member of the Sisterhood of The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah. After raising a family in Prairie Village she relocated to Scottsdale, Ariz., where she resided for more than 35 years.

Rosa was a skilled gardener, masterful cook and avid golfer. She possessed a genuine warmth and interest to all she encountered on her travels throughout life. Rosa’s nurturing insight, humor and love will be cherished by all those whose lives she touched.

Rosa was preceded in death by her son, Harlan; and brother, David Greenburg.

She is survived by her adoring husband of 64 years, Howard; loving daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Tom Tuckerman; grandchildren, Hillary Sher, Zachary Sher (Sofia Castillo), Chad Tuckerman, Liza Tuckerman Magley (Seth Magley); and her great-granddaughter Stella Magley.
