Rose Zoglin, 90, of Leawood, passed away Friday, Oct. 10, 2014.
{mprestriction ids="1"}Funeral services were held Oct. 12 at The Louis Memorial Chapel, with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family suggest contributions to Village Shalom.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Emanuel "Manny" Zoglin; a brother, Sam Price; her sister, Mary Friedson and a daughter-in-law, Charla Krupp.
She is survived by her sons Richard Zoglin and Paul Zoglin, both of New York City; Larry Zoglin, San Francisco, Calif.; her daughter Janet Zoglin, Miami, Fla.; her brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Carole Price, Prairie Village; also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rose was a friend to all in need, the center of a close extended family, a rock of common sense and good humor. A passionate fighter for social justice, always a supportive and non-judgmental mother, and a bright spirit who will be missed by everyone she touched.
