Tori Bass was honored by reStart recently with the 2017 Youth Volunteer Honorable Mention Award. This is the second volunteer award she’s received from reStart. Tori was also given the Presidential Points of Light Volunteer Award in April 2017. Tori is a member of Congregation Beth Torah and is the daughter of Neil and Debbie Bass.
