Jewish Experiences, a Collaboration of Jewish Federation and The J, in partnership with the Rabbinical Association, is offering kosher Passover meals-to-go.

The kosher meals will be catered by Kim’s Kreations (Kim Matsil) under the supervision of Vaad HaKashruth of Kansas City. Orders must be placed by Monday, March 20, 2023, by visiting thejkc.org/passovermeals.

This year, individuals can choose from lemon and garlic roasted chicken quarter or lemon and garlic salmon filet. The meals are offered individually or for a family of four, and include charosets (no nuts), chicken soup and matzah balls, brown sugar glazed carrots, caramelized onion potato kugel and chocolate chip mandel bread. Some items will be available a la carte. A complete list of items and pricing can be found online.

Those interested can also make a donation, which will assist in providing Passover meals to others in the community, assist those receiving Passover food items through the Jewish Family Services Food Pantry, and/or offset costs related to meal preparation.

Orders will be ready for pick up on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Shirley & Lewis White Theatre Entrance at The Jewish Community Campus, 5801 W. 115th Street, Overland Park.

Those with questions or wanting to inquire about confidential financial assistance can contact Annette Fish, Rabbinical Association, via email at or by calling 913-327-8226.

This program is offered by Jewish Experiences, a Collaboration of Jewish Federation and The J, in partnership with the Rabbinical Association of Greater Kansas City, and is funded in part by the Flo Harris Foundation of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Kansas City.
