Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City Women’s Philanthropy and National Women’s Philanthropy are kicking off Virtually Limitless: Our Shared Self, a monthly book and author series.

The first event in the series starts at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, with a virtual book club discussion of “Careful What You Wish For” by Hallie Ephron.

Virtually Limitless: Our Shared Self will run through June 2021. Upcoming books and dates for this year are:

“In Case You Get Hit by a Bus: How to Organize Your Life for When You’re Not Around Later,” Nov. 18

“Hidden Recipes, A Holocaust Memoir,” Dec. 16
