Ava is the granddaughter of Nancy Shepherd of Kansas City, the late Robert Shepherd, and the late Audrey and Alfred Sophir of Omaha, Nebraska.
Relatives and friends are invited to worship with the family and to attend the Kiddush luncheon following the service.
