Karen Bronston, Lenexa, and Howard Rosenthal, Southlake, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lainie Rosenthal, to Jonathan Kirsch, son of Esther Kirsch and the late Harvey Kirsch, Denver.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Sid and Beverly Cohen and the late Dr. Irwin and Evelyn Rosenthal. She attended the University of Missouri, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in human development and family studies. She earned a master’s degree from Fontbonne University. She is currently employed as a high school teacher in Denver.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Marie Schoolsky and the late Samuel Kirsch. He attended the University of Kansas, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism. He also graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado with a degree in video production. He is currently employed as a video production manager at Synergy Fine Wines in Denver.
An October wedding is planned in Denver. |

The bride is the daughter of Steven and Robbie Gordon and the granddaughter of Max and Harriet Swade.
The groom is the son of Herbert and Marilynn Asch and the grandson of Sarah Schwartz.
The maid of honor was Lindsey Werner of Omaha, Neb. Bridal attendants were Jayne Hopkins, Leawood, Jeni Wasson, Leavenworth, Kan., and Amy Hamon, Merriam.
The best man was Warner Asch of Cincinnati. Groom’s attendants were Micah Asch, Dayton, Ohio, Elliott Asch, Columbus, Ohio, and Alex Asch, Durham, N.H.
After a honeymoon in the Caribbean, the couple reside in Dayton. |

Lindsay Sharon Turner and Patrick Tarsitano Drake were married Saturday, Nov. 14, at Loose Mansion, Kansas City, Mo. Rabbi Jacques Cukierkorn officiated. A dinner and dancing celebration followed.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Marc and Linda Turner of Leawood and the granddaughter of David and Judy Weinstein of Overland Park, the late Sharon Weinstein and the late Alan and Lois Turner.
The groom is the son of Dr. Michael and Nancy Tarsitano Drake of Evansville, Ind., and the grandson of Dr. Dale and Cathy Drake of Evansville and the late Dr. John and Patricia Tarsitano.
Maids of honor were Heather Martasin of Overland Park and Micah Rosella of Denver. Matron of honor was Megan Turner of Olathe. Bridesmaids were Alana Enslein of Augusta, Ga., and Erika Hastetter of Evansville.
Best man was John Drake of Evansville. Groomsmen were Mauro Giuffrida of Brooklyn, N.Y., Gregory Gravenstreter of Indianapolis, Robert Tudisco of St. Louis, Mo., and Brandon Turner of Olathe.
After a honeymoon in Argentina, the couple reside in St. Louis. |

The groom is the son of Herb and Bryna Sorkin of Overland Park and the bride is the daughter of Ralph and Lucy Romeo of Kenilworth, N.J.
Bridal attendants were Lisa Bartley, Tiziana Cino, Deana Volpe, Gia Vazquez, Cindy Romeo and Gina Diaz.
Groomsmen were Christopher Reaves, Jason Rubis, Ralph Romeo, Jason Kamin and Chad Lambert. The ring bearer was Sam Evangelista and the flower girl was Sophie Rowitch.
A reception was followed by dinner and dancing.
